Automation flow: How to reactivate a paused campaign?
On the Icomm platform it is possible to reactivate an automatic sending flow that is paused. Before we get into the details of how to do this, it's important to understand why an automatic send flow might be paused. The reasons can vary, from a manual pause by the user to meeting the end date of the auto-send campaign.
Enter automatic flow
Access the advanced trigger options. It is located on the right side, you can identify it as a blue arrow
Select the Edit option
Adjust Date and Time Settings
Scroll down the edit page to adjust the flow settings. In this case, what you need to do is select a new end date and time for the auto-send campaign. This is essential for the flow to become active again and automatic shipments to resume.
Save changes
Ready! With these steps, you will have reactivated your automatic sending flow in Icomm. The flow will now be active again and will automatically send based on the new end date and time you've set.
