However, it is important to note that modifying the domain comes with certain challenges and it is recommended not to do so, except in serious cases where the previous domain has completely lost the trust of the carriers.

It is possible to modify the domain on the Icomm platform, as long as the appropriate steps are taken. To do this, the new domain must be correctly pointed to the Icomm infrastructure. Once this is done, the platform will need to be reconfigured to use the new shipping domain, a process that can take approximately 48 hours to complete.
