The Icomm Notification Hub is a comprehensive tool that integrates with the entire ecosystem to enhance customer experience. This advanced hub consists of five key sections: Web Notifications, Web Actions, Showcases, Carousels, Social Networks, and Administration. In this guide, we will explore each section and its main functions.
Accessing the Notification Hub
To start using the Notification Hub, log in to your account and access the Notification Hub module. Upon entering, you will find the general panel providing access to various available tools.
On the left panel, you will find the menu containing the six main sections of the Hub: Web Notifications, Web Actions, Showcases, Carousels, Social Networks, and Administration. On the right side, you can observe the General Results Panel of the Notification Hub.
Web Notifications
Opt-in Pop-up
Convert your customers into subscribers by displaying subscription pop-ups on their devices. Communicate important messages without the need for an additional application. Examples of subscription pop-ups are shown below:
Push Notifications
Keep your customers informed by sending push notifications directly to their mobile devices and computers, even without an application. An example is shown below:
Retargeting
Automatically recall products viewed by your customers, displaying them on their device screens.
Winback
Use automatic notifications to recover users who have not returned to your website. Schedule messages to invite former users to browse the site.
Web Actions
Banners
Invite users to take specific actions, such as promoting products or viewing new releases, through attractive banners.
Exit Pop-up
Show a pop-up just as your customer tries to leave the site, giving them a last chance to retain them.
Chat Bubbles
Offer your customers the option to contact through WhatsApp and Messenger buttons directly on your site.
Showcases

Display a list of the most popular products on your site, leveraging the purchasing trend of other users.

This carousel uses machine learning to offer products likely to be purchased by each consumer, similar to Amazon's recommendation engine.
Browsing History
Facilitate your customers' access to interesting products by attractively showing those they have already visited.
Popular Items
Directly showcase the best-selling products of your site on the homepage, boosting your sales.
Social Networks

Create your own page with various links in a single link. Communicate different promotions, launches, messages, and more.
