Guide: How to implement Notification Hub script with Google Tag Manager
This whitepaper provides detailed instructions on how to implement the Icomm Notification Hub script using Google Tag Manager. Follow these steps for a successful integration on your website.
Before starting the deployment, you need to obtain the Notification Hub script:
Request the Notification Hub script from Icomm by email.
Once in Google Tag Manager, follow these steps to create a tag and trigger:
In the control panel, within the Labels section, select the "New" option.
Name the label. For example "Icomm HUB".
In the tag settings, select "Custom HTML".
Paste the script provided by Icomm into the HTML field.
Click "Choose a trigger for this tag."
Select "All Pages" as the trigger type.
Click "Add" to save the trigger.
Click "Save" to save the label settings.
To complete the deployment:
Click "Submit" to publish your changes.
Confirm the post in the pop-up window.
After deploying the Notifications Hub:
Wait a few minutes for the changes to propagate.
Visit the website and verify that the Notification Hub is working correctly.
If you encounter any problems, check the settings in Google Tag Manager or contact Icomm support for assistance.
Once the script is implemented, customize the Optin since it is activated automatically when the script is activated.

To generate templates from Google Tag Manager for VTEX IO:
Click on TEMPLATES: > Generate
Click on the three dots + import
Import the tpl file and save:
ICOMM WebPush Invoke Script
Once the templates have been generated, you must generate the tags as always, but instead of Custom HTML, select the new ICOMM template.
Select the template and edit the ID (customer)
How to obtain it?
From the .txt script that Icomm provides when registering the module:
Red shows where we should place the PUSH client ID
Here is the push ID in the .txt script
HUB trigger must be in All Pager / All Pages
Submit changes
Once the previous steps have been completed, it is necessary to activate the html TAGS

Click on allow custom HTML tags
