# Guide to List Newsletter

In this library are all the campaigns created in Icomm. Access the information of each one from this menu.

1. Go to **Make News**
2. Go to **List Newsletter**

# Search filter

Use the filter to find the pieces created on the platform.

1. Select **Campaign**

Search for the pieces by the name of the campaign.

2. **Newsletter**

Look for the part by its name on the platform.

3. **Start Date - End Date**

Configure this information to search for parts by date

4. **State**

Select one of the options to search for parts according to their status on the platform:

* approved
* Pending approval
* Draft
* rejected
* Canceled
* Reject and Modify
* Reject and Modify

5. Select Template

Look for the pieces stored on the platform.

# Library information

The library shows important data about the part. Here you can see the name of the piece, the campaign to which it belongs, the type of template used, its status and its creation date,

### Newsletter states

* **Approved**: The part was finished and approved for shipment. It cannot be modified.
* **Draft**: the piece is in draft. Not ready to ship yet. Allows you to continue editing.

# Advanced actions

Access advanced actions with the light blue button located on the right side of each of the pieces.

### Options

* **Approve**
Approves the piece from the library for subsequent submission.

* **Modify**
Access the editor to continue modifying the design of the part.

* **URL**
Copy the URL of the piece.

* **Eliminate**
Delete the piece.

* **View**
Get a preview of the piece.

* **Copy**
Copy the template to make a new Newsletter with the elements of this piece.

* **Label**
Access the click map to find out the possible points of user interaction with the selected piece. From here we can also modify the name of the buttons.

* **QR**

||| Some options are only available for approved parts, while other options can only be executed when the part is in Draft state.
