Guide to Showcases in Notifications HUB

In the general panel of the Notifications Hub, within the "Showcases" section, the following options are displayed:

• Browsing History
• Last Seen Pop-Up
• More popular

Browsing history

With the “Browsing History”, users will be able to see the history of their last ten products browsed on the site. This information will be available in a "List", which will be displayed by clicking on the corresponding bubble. The products will be displayed in descending chronological order.

Consult our article on How to activate Browsing History.

Last viewed pop-up

Activate an automatic pop-up that shows the user their last two products viewed when they return to your site. It is also possible to display a price list and include links to your browsing history on the site.

See our article How to activate the Last Seen Pop-up in the Icomm Notifications Hub.

Popular items

Most Popular, shows the trending products on your site. With this tool, users will discover which are the most visited products in the last 7 days. All people who access the site will see the same list, made up of popular products, ordered in descending order. To create this list, the system takes into account the number of visits for each product.
