How to activate Chat Bubbles in HUB

Chat bubbles



Chat bubbles allow you to enrich the customer experience, strategy and Marketing campaigns. Allows you to create a quick access/widget for customers to directly access your communication channels. It is an optimal solution for your website or eCommerce that will facilitate direct communication.

To incorporate this chat, no extra programming or web development is necessary. An access can be associated to WhatsApp, to the chat of a Facebook Fan Page or both options.

Enter the Notification HUB module
Select the Surface Web tab
Select the option Chat bubbles

In the left column are the configuration options. On the right, the preview of the position of the chat bubbles on the site.

Set up the chat



Define the messenger
• Add the WhatsApp number to which customers will communicate
• Copy and paste the URL of a Facebook Fan Page

Defines the position
Select the position in which you would like the widget to appear on your site:
• Left
• Center
• Right

Date and time
Define the hours in which you would like to give visibility to the widget so as not to receive messages or queries at unwanted times.

You can visualize the widget in...
• On all pages
• In a specific one:
Paste the URLs you want to include separated by a “,”
You can filter URLs by prefix by adding an asterisk () to the end. For example: https://www.yourpage.com/checkout/
• All pages except (define)

Click on the Save button to finish

Activate or deactivate the function



Activate or deactivate the switch that is in the upper right corner to turn the function on or off.
