Retargeting

This function sends an automatic notification to the user to encourage him to return to your website remembering a product that he visited but did not buy, in a short period of time. To do this, take into account the product that the customer visited the most times on your site or the last one they saw before leaving.

These notifications are auto-generated by taking the image and title of the product visited directly from your website. In addition, it allows you to customize default titles and texts to configure the message.

STEP BY STEP

Enter the Notifications HUB module
Select the Web Push tab
Select the Retargeting option

Times of the automatic sending

Define the times for sending notifications

First Send: Indicates the number of days to send the notification after the customer visits a product. (From 1 to 5)
Reminder: Indicates the number of days to send a reminder notification after the first send. (7 days, 15 days, Do not send)

Also send reminders for categories or product lists

This option allows you to send notifications reminding users of the visited category or different products in the product list.

Select the edit option in the right column, on the notification preview image



Select configuration mode
The initial configuration is “Preset”, and it is pre-established in the platform.

Design your custom message

A new tab will open to configure the Retargeting notification. In the left column are the options to configure the pop up, and in the right you can see a preview of the notification.

Complete:

Title: (Up to 50 characters)
Message: (Up to 120 characters)

Click on the Save button to confirm the new message settings

Stop Sending

To stop a retargeting shipment in progress, select the Stop Sending option from the home screen of this section.
