It consists of activating automatic notifications to recover users who have not returned to your website. With this option you can create and schedule notifications to invite former users back to browse the site.

1. Enter the Notification HUB module
2. Select the Web Push tab
3. Select the Win Back option

On the home screen you can see the results of this function for the last 30 days.

Shipping Settings

1. Defines how long the notification will be sent

• Select the number of days that must pass before the user receives the notification:
• 10 days
• 20 days
• 30 days
• 45 days

Personalize notification (pop-up)

The system offers the default pop-up (with the option to upload a different one). The image already contains the URL of the site and some default text. However, it is possible to customize this message directly from this section or from the Administration panel.

1. Click on the Edit button

• A new tab will open to configure the user recovery notification (Winback). In the left column are the options to configure the pop up, and in the right column you can see a preview of the notification on different devices.

2. Select configuration mode

Custom

• Use the button to choose the setting mode Custom.

Personalize the pop-up

Title: Main text of the notification (Up to 50 characters)

Message: Additional text that accompanies your title. (Up to 120 characters)

Image: Import an image from the PC or select a default image. Dimensions: 192x192 pixels (1:1) (2MB)

3. Click on the Save button to confirm the new message settings
