# How to assign newsletter templates


Use this option so that new users of the platform can access previously created templates. Find out how to carry out this process on the Icomm platform.

||| The general administrator (root) must assign the editor templates (pieces) to new contacts so they can see them.

1. Go to the menu **Make News**
2. Go to Assign Templates

3. Select the user: from the dropdown list, choose who you want to assign a template to
4. Select the template you want to assign to the new user
5. Hover over the part you want to assign and click Assign:

The template will be assigned to the corresponding user.
