How to create a clicked contacts configuration

The Icomm platform allows you to segment audiences to send more effective messages to your contacts. For example, you can send shipments to contacts who clicked on a previous shipment or campaign.


How to segment contacts who clicked on a shipment?


  1. Enter the Results panel


  1. Click on the number of unique views obtained in the settings



A new window will open with shipping information


  1. Select the Clicks tab


  • This tab shows the contacts who clicked on the newsletter they received.


  1. Select the option Create Audience

Here you must write the name of the new profile and select the Create button



Once the profile is created, you must configure the sending of the email.


Copy shipping settings


With this process you will be able to send a new message to the contacts included in the profile of contacts who clicked. This serves to once again impact those contacts who opened and showed interaction with the piece.


  1. Enter the module Delivery Configurations
  2. Select the List configurations option
  3. Select the shipment you want to copy and enter the advanced menu from the blue arrow
  4. Select the Copy option
  • A window will open to give a new name to the configuration



  1. Press the Copy button



  • You will enter the shipping configuration where the shipping configuration data will already be included (newsletter, subject, campaign, etc.)
  • Complete the shipping settings with your preferences: (it is recommended to change the subject).



  1. Select the new profile to impact
  • Select the Clickers profile created in the previous step.



  1. Approve and submit
  • Approve the new configuration and submit
