How to create a Not Viwed setting
The icomm platform allows you to segment audiences to make more effective shipments to your contacts.
Enter the Live Results module.
Click on any of the indicators of the sent configuration.
You can click on any of the numbers that the shipment shows: EFE, REB, REM, etc. In this way, you will access the detailed information of the shipment.
Select the Not Viwed tab to select the contacts included in this segment
To create the virtual unseen profile, go to the Create Audience option and select the Icomm icon.
Type the name of the new profile
Click the Create button to finish
Done, the new virtual Unseen profile will be listed in the List Profiles section.
It is also possible to create the unseen profile even before the newsletter is sent. To do this, once the configuration has been created, the same procedure can be carried out from the Live Results module.
In this case, the configuration must be searched by filtering by scheduled shipment date.
This configuration will not have an activity record since the shipment has not yet been made, so all its KPIs will be equal to 0.
Once the configuration send is complete, the No Views profile will begin dynamically targeting users who have not opened the sent email.
With this process you will be able to make a new shipment to the contacts included in the Not Seen profile. This serves to impact again those contacts who for some reason did not open the piece.
Enter the Delivery Configuration module
Select the option List configurations
Select the shipment you want to copy and enter the advanced menu from the blue arrow
Select the Copy option
A window will open to put a new name to the configuration
Press the Go button
You will enter the shipping configuration where the shipping configuration data will already be included (newsletter, subject, campaign, etc.)
Complete the shipping configuration with your preferences: (it is recommended to change the subject).
Select the new profiles and audiences to send
Here, select the Not Viwed profile created in the previous step.
Approve and Send
Approve the new configuration and send
