How to create a virtual profile from Live Results

Virtual profiles are an essential tool in Icomm to optimize your audience segmentation and improve the effectiveness of your email campaigns. In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating virtual profiles from the Results module.

Creation of Virtual Profiles from Results

To begin, let's see how to create virtual profiles from the results obtained in the Results module. Follow these steps:

Access the Results module

Select the Interest shipment

Click on any of the shipment numbers (EFE, REB, REM, etc.) to access detailed shipment information.

Explore shipping information

Within the shipment information, choose one of the available tabs, such as Sent, Bounces, Effective, Viewed, Unseen, Removed, Clicks, Registrations, or Acquisitions. The corresponding contacts will be displayed here.* A new window will open with shipping information.

Note: The date and time that appears in the Effective, Viewed and Unseen tabs will be the same as the Send time, that is, the time in which the shipment was triggered. This information will be updated as carriers deliver mail and contacts open it.

Create a Virtual Profile

Go to Create Audience and select the Icomm icon. Enter the name of the new profile and click Create. The new virtual profile will be listed in the List Profiles section. You can also create a virtual profile from the integration with Meta

Carrier Segmentation

Icomm also allows you to segment audiences based on each contact's email provider. Follow these steps:

Enter the Results module and select the shipment of interest.

Select the carrier you want to segment (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.).

Click Create Audience from the Email icon, enter the name of the new profile and click Create.

The new virtual profile will be added to the List Profiles section.

Other virtual profiles

Remember that this is one of the three ways to segment your audience on the Icomm platform. You can also Create virtual profiles from the data found in a regular profile, or segment audiences according to the behavior of your contacts from User Ranking.
