How to create an SMS profile

Go to Manage Contacts
Select New Profile
Choose the "Mobile Only" option

The Email field that is predefined in the configuration will disappear

Add the "Mobile" field

Type the name of the field that contains the contact's phone number in the box

Add other fields to the profile such as first name, last name, etc.
Click Save

Additional fields like debt, name, etc. can also be added to the profile. These data will allow for customization of the SMS messages.

If the file contains an Email field in addition to the Mobile field, it will not be necessary to tick the "Mobile Only" box. Simply add the "Phone" or "Mobile" field and select the appropriate field classification.

This procedure is only for the creation of the profile. To add contacts, follow these instructions: Import SMS contacts.
