How to create and configure campaigns in HUB

Campaigns



This section contains information on all generated campaigns.



Start panel



State:
Blue: draft campaigns.
Green: campaigns approved/sent.
Yellow: campaigns in progress of sending.
Red: campaigns that have been cancelled.

Campaign: Name of the sent campaign.

Sending date: Campaign launch date.

Sent: The number of notifications sent.

Bounced: Refers to notifications that could not be sent to the device (the subscriber may have requested the cancellation, the device is no longer active, or the Chrome browser has been uninstalled).

Effective: The notifications that were actually sent to the device.

Open Rate: Notification impressions (the number of times the message was displayed successfully).

CTOR: The clicks that were made on the notification based on impressions.

Close: Notifications that were closed.

Audience: These are the behaviors that are applied in the campaign.

Actions: At the bottom of the table, you will find three additional options:
- Pencil: to edit a draft campaign.
- Trash: to delete a draft campaign.
- Copy: to duplicate a campaign.



Search options



Search campaign: Search your campaigns directly in the locker.
Filter: Search your campaigns by applying certain filters.
Export: Allows you to extract the information from the campaign

Create Campaign



To create a new web notification, enter the Notifications HUB module > Select the Campaigns tab > Click on the Create Campaign button



Campaign Settings


In this section you can configure your web notification. On the left side you will find the notification preview.

Enter the name of campaign and click in "Next"
This name is for internal use, it is not part of the sent push message.



Notification Settings





Title
It must be eye-catching and contain the most relevant information. Maximum 50 characters. Emojis can be added

Descriptive text
It allows up to a maximum of 120 characters and includes emojis.

Destination URL
This URL will be the destination of users who click on the push message.

UTM Parameters for Google Analytics
This option can be configured to track traffic from the push message.

Configuration: Selecting this option will open a URL generator that allows you to modify the names of the UTM parameters that the URL will carry. Once the changes have been made, select the Use this URL button.



Icon
Choose or Import the Push Notification Icon. Here you can go your logo or something that identifies your brand.

This image may not be visible on all devices. In many cases it will depend on the notification configuration that each user has. For example, on MAC it may not be displayed if the notification format that the device has configured is the basic one without images.

Upload an image

It is an additional image that you can upload to contribute to the content of the promotion and aesthetics of the push message. It is optional as it is not deployed on all devices.
Dimensions: image of 720x360 pixels (2:1) and 2MB.

Using a flyer can increase the CTR of your notifications by up to 10%

Preview

On the right hand side of the screen, you can see a preview image of the notification and how it will look on some devices.

It is required to complete all the fields of the notification configuration. Otherwise, it will not be possible to advance to the next step.

Once the Configuration is complete, click the Next button to move forward.

Choose Audience
Select the devices and the segment of users that the scheduled notification should reach.



Devices
Select the devices to which you want to send the notification (Mobile, Computer or All).

Audiences
Select the segment that should receive the notification. (Optional)

Selecting the option will calculate the estimated reach of the message.

Click on the Next button to continue

Send campaign



Set up campaign delivery



Intelligent sending: It will be distributed in a period of 24 hours, at the best time for each user, taking into account various variables about their behavior. This option considerably increases the CTR.

Normal sending: It will be distributed immediately when you decide to send the campaign.

I want my notification to be 'remembered' at another time: It offers the user the possibility of postponing the notification to view it later.

I want to schedule this campaign to be sent in the future: This option allows you to select a later sending time for the campaign you are scheduling. By selecting this option, the “Date” and “Time” options will be displayed so that you can configure the shot.

Finish


Select an option to finish setup.



Save: Save the campaign as a draft.

Send Test: It will send the campaign as a test and you will receive the notification in your browser. Notifications will be sent to all test devices that are configured in the "Administration" section. (See Adding Test Devices)

Schedule Sending: Approves the campaign to be sent on the configured date and time.
