How to create automatic shipping flows

In this article, we'll show you how to create an automated email marketing campaign flow using the Icomm platform. With simple steps, you can create compelling content and schedule personalized responses for your campaigns.

Create Pieces and Configure Buttons

The first step to creating a successful automated email campaign flow is to design the content of your emails. You can use the Icomm editor, which offers an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for creating attractive and effective emails. You can choose the option to load HTML if you want to add your own designs to tailor them to your brand. It's also important at this point to create buttons that will generate automatic response actions.

Check the step-by-step guide for performing this procedure before configuring the automated sending flow: Pre-actions for Automated Sending.

Once the pieces are loaded and the buttons are configured, proceed to set up the automated sending flow.

Create a New Automated Sending Flow

Once you have designed your content, it's time to set up the automated sending flow in Icomm. From the Automate module, you can create a New Flow for automated sending and configure the triggers that will activate automatic responses. You can select events such as subscription, opening an email, or making a purchase to trigger specific responses.

After configuring the triggers, choose the type of automatic response you want to send. You can choose from welcome responses, abandoned cart reminders, thank-you messages, among others. Customize the content of each automatic response to fit the needs and preferences of your subscribers.

Step by Step

Go to Automation menú
Enter New Flow or select the New button
Complete Name: use something descriptive
Complete Objective: it is the goal to be achieved with the automation of the campaign
Clic Save

You will be redirected to the settings screen.

Configure Flow triggers

Before configuring the automatic shipping flow, make sure to test all the pieces that it will carry.
