How to create multiple choice survey
This is one of the most commonly used question types for surveys. Allows users to choose one or multiple answers from the list of options.
Within the Multiple Choice question there are several elements to configure:
On the right of the screen you can see the preview of the question
Question: Type the question you want to ask your respondents. You can edit the format of the entered text with bold, italic or underline.
Description: Check this option to add a description below the question. This will serve to clarify, or specify something regarding the question.
Options: Click on each of the empty spaces and enter the different response alternatives. You can add as many options as you want to your question.

Once the question is set up, click the Save Question button to add it to your survey.
