How to create Ranking in surveys
This option allows you to sort the responses according to the respondent's preference. Using the drag and drop feature, users can rank the answer choices.
This question type is similar to Multiple Choice and very simple to set up.
When choosing the question, a window will be displayed to complete the following configuration:
On the right of the screen you can see the preview of the question
Question: Write instructions for respondents to rank the answer choices in order of preference. With this type of question, the average ranking is calculated for each answer option. This will help you determine which answer option was preferred overall.
Also, you can edit the format of the entered text with bold, italic or underline.
Description: Check this option if you want to add a description below the question. This is used to make clarifications, or specify something regarding the question, in this type of questions we recommend clarifying to the user that they must drag and drop the options to avoid confusion.
Options: Type the items you want respondents to rank. It is recommended to limit the number of ranking options to approximately 5 to prevent the respondent from giving up.

Once the question is set up, click the Save Question button to add it to your survey.
The platform will show the following detail:
The best positioned option will be placed first and with the average position to the right. The color will show how many times it was placed in each position.
