How to create Reply accounts on Icomm


The response accounts are the mailboxes that will receive the emails of the contacts that respond to the messages they received.



Step by Step


  1. Enter the Settings menu
  2. Select the Reply Accounts option
  3. Click on the New Account button



  1. Enter the email that will be the response account
  • Accounts from any domain you want can be incorporated.



  1. Click on Save to finish the process


Check if the email entered is among the response options


  1. Go to Delivery Configuration menu
  2. Select New configuration
  3. In the Reply option
  • From the dropdown arrow, select the newly added account
