How to create survey with Form

Use this question type to ask people to type an answer in a text box. This function is similar to the “Short Answer” question type, but with a few differences:

The text field is smaller since it is intended for the user to simply enter personal information.
Account with validation: Text, number, website, date or email.
It has a shorter character limit.

Setting


In the left panel you will find the different options available to edit this type of question:



Question: This type of question is used to collect precise data fields. A name, an email, a telephone number or a date of birth to name a few examples. They are open questions that must be answered by the respondent in their own words, allowing complete freedom in the response.

Description: Check if you want to add a description below the question. It is used to make clarifications, or to specify something regarding the question.

Validation: This field will allow you to specify the type of response you want.
The specification options are:
E-mail
Number (You can specify from which number to which number they can enter. If a range is not necessary, you can leave the fields empty)
website
Text
Date

Once the question is set up, click the Save Question button to add it to your survey.
