This question will allow your users to rate or evaluate through a visual scale of icons (stars, like, dislike, hearts, etc.) your brand, product, service or anything you want to know. It's a simple and visual way to rate things.

Setting

With Icomm you will be able to customize your forms and allow your users to select between stars, likes, hearts or other icons.



Question: This opinion scale helps you measure and value opinions.

When asking the question, the respondent is asked to rate on a scale. This can be from 3 to 10, and you can choose the icon that best suits your question. You can also edit the format of the entered text with bold, italic or underline.

Description: Check this option if you want to add a description below the question. This field is recommended to make clarifications, or to specify something regarding the question.

Options: here you can define the scale that answers your question. By default it is set to 3, but you can choose any number from 3 to 10.



It will also allow you to select the icons that appear; which can be stars, thumbs up, thumbs down, hearts, among others.

Once the question is set up, click the Save Question button to add it to your survey.
