Types of users

  • Partner /Restricted
  • Editor

Consult our article on How to grant user permissions (Hierarchies).

Before creating a new user keep in mind:

Users do not share information with each other. The only one who will be able to view all the information is the mother user (ROOT). However, you will be able to grant User Permissions to view another user's data and campaigns.

The hierarchical order of the users is vertical. Root is the user with the highest (total) permissions and from there downwards.

Example

  • From the ROOT user, only an Admin type user can be generated.

  • From the Admin, the Partner can be generated.

  • From the Partner, the Editor and Viewer users can be generated.

How to change the username/password of the ROOT user?

  1. Access the Settings menu
  2. Select the List Users option

  1. Locate the mother user (ROOT) in the list

  1. Click on the blue arrow-shaped button located next to the user
  • Select the Modify option

The following form will appear:

  1. In the Password and Confirm Password fields, write the new password and/or username

  1. Click on the Save button to finish the modification
