How to customize Subjects/Preaheaders in shipments
The Icomm platform allows you to customize the subject and preheader when configuring the sending.
Select Profiles and Audience
Enter the Delivery Configuration section and select the profiles you want to impact from the Profiles and Audience tab
Customize the subject
When creating the configuration, in the Configuration data tab, use the tool-shaped icon next to the Subject field
Select Custom Subject
Select the profile information you want to include in the personalized text
Choose one of the data contained in the profile to customize the subject text.
Ready. The personalized data will be included in the subject or preheader text.
If you select more than one database for sending, the platform will perform a match between their fields and will only allow you to use the fields that all of them contain as a common factor.
