How to download general results from Icomm

In Icomm, you have the ability to download the general results of your campaigns for a deeper analysis of their performance. In addition to having a comprehensive results dashboard that displays the main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of your email sends, Icomm also provides the option to download more detailed reports in CSV files.

Accessing these results is a simple process that allows you to gain valuable insights into the performance of your email marketing campaigns. Here are the steps you need to follow:

STEP BY STEP

Enter the Live Results module
Here, you'll find an overview of your campaigns and key statistics.

In the results dashboard, you'll find a comprehensive view that displays the most relevant KPIs of your email marketing sends. These indicators may include open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and other relevant data.

Realize a search
Using the search filter, select the configuration you want to download results from:

Filters can be applied by Campaign, Start/End Date or by Configuration.

You can also check the Test option if you want to see the results of Test submissions. (With this option, only the results of the test shipments will be shown. In other words, both the results of test and productive shipments will be seen separately).

Download General Results

If you want to dig deeper into the results and obtain more specific information, Icomm allows you to download more detailed reports in CSV files. To do this, do the following:

Select the configurations for which you want to download the results

Once you've selected the desired configurations, click the "Export Data" button to generate the CSV file.

The results of the selected configurations will be downloaded in an Excel file. Once you have downloaded the CSV file, you can open it in a spreadsheet or use data analysis tools to examine the results in greater detail. This will allow you to identify trends, make comparisons, and make informed decisions about the performance of your email marketing campaigns.

What the downloaded results mean

Through an Excel file you will be able to access the details of the campaign's performance. In this way you will be able to observe the following indicators:

U. Clicks: Click per single contact. It counts one click for each email that opens the shipment. (If a user clicks 5 times on the email with the same email, it will count 1 click).

T. Clicks: Total clicks. Counts all clicks, regardless of the user. (If a user makes 5 clicks on an email, they will be counted as individual clicks).

Leads: Number of registrations.

Acquisitions: Conversion - Value Action.

U. Online Views: Number of unique online views. (When receiving an email you will be able to see at the top, in a gray tone, the possibility of viewing the email online).

() The Removed item shows the number of Removed + Complaints. If the number 13 appears in the "Removed" section and 3 are recorded in the "Complaints" section, it means that 3 of those 13 Removed correspond to elements reported as Complaints.

Remember that the ability to download general results in CSV files is a valuable feature of Icomm that provides you with a more comprehensive view of your campaigns. Take advantage of this functionality to optimize your email marketing strategies and achieve better results.
