How to download Icomm databases

All imported databases on the Icomm platform can be downloaded. This way, you can access your contacts' information by downloading a CSV file.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD DATABASES, PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR ICOMM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IN ADVANCE.

Step by Step



Go to the Manage Contacts module
Select the List Profiles option
At this point, you can perform two actions:

OPTION 1: EXPORT THE ENTIRE LIST



Click on the blue arrow located to the right of the profile and select Contacts.
Once you do this, the export message will indicate that the file is being processed in the export section.



Follow the link to access the exported files, or Go to the Settings menu and select the option for Exported Files



Select the Files Exports option
The "Actions" column will indicate when the file is ready for export.

Once the list has been downloaded and is ready for export, a cloud icon will appear. Clicking on it will export the list to an Excel file.
If the icon is not present, that is, it's empty, it means that the list is still being processed and is NOT ready to download. You can click on the "Refresh" button to update the download status.



OPTION 2: EXPORT ONLY A SEGMENT



To download only a segment of the database, the procedure is very similar, with the only difference being the beginning.

Click on the number that represents the segment you want to download. For example, if it's about bounced contacts, select the number in that column.



Once you do this, the details of that segment will be displayed:



Look for the download icon located at the bottom left of the screen, which also has a cloud shape with a downward arrow.

Follow the link to access the exported files, or Go to the Settings menu and select the option for Exported Files



Select the File Exports option.

The "Actions" column will indicate when the file is ready for export.
