How to get subscriptions for the notifications channel?

The push notification channel is a powerful tool to keep in touch with your users. Getting subscribers to this channel is crucial to ensure that your messages reach the intended audience directly. There are two effective ways to get subscriptions and increase the user base of your notification channel.

Via Opt-in

The Soft Opt-in will display a pop-up mode once the user enters the site. In this, the user may accept the subscription (as long as he or she is not in incognito or User browsing) according to the value proposition made therein. By accepting it, the user will see a second screen (Hard opt-in), which they must accept, to provide the necessary permissions to the browser to receive notifications on the device. The user will not be asked for any personal data, that is, they will be subscribed with just two clicks.

Icomm may provide a direct link that makes it easy for users to subscribe. This link is located in the "Push Notifications" > "Invite Subscribers" section of the platform. By clicking on it, the user will be directed directly to the Hard opt-in, to accept the browser's permissions to subscribe to the notification channel.

To use this method, simply copy the link and send it to your users through the contact channel you prefer, such as newsletters, WhatsApp messages, social networks, etc. It is important that you accompany the link with a compelling value proposition to motivate users to subscribe.

This option is convenient for those users who are already interested in receiving notifications and want a quick and direct subscription process.
