How to identify users who did not open a sent email
A key metric to measure the success of your emails is the opening rate (Open Rate). On the Icomm platform, you can easily identify these users from the Results module.
Go to the Results module:
Here you will find a table with information distributed in several columns, which provide details about the results of your shipments. From the middle of the screen to the right side, you will find the columns that contain numerical values, such as emails sent, effective, opens, clicks, among others.
Click on any of the numeric data
Select one of the numeric data from the configuration corresponding to the shipments you want to analyze.
Clicking will open a pop-up window showing a detailed breakdown of each segment of the shipment. Here you will be able to see the number of emails sent, bounced, effective, seen and unseen. In this window you will find a specific tab called "NOT SEEN", which contains all the emails that have not registered an opening in the delivery made.
Up to this point, you are only visualizing the data, but you can also work with it. In the following, I will explain how to export the information so that you can handle it conveniently.
If you want to get a full list of users who haven't opened your submissions, just click the button that says "EXPORT ALL". This will bring up a multi-selection menu, where you can choose which data to export. In this case, select the "Unviewed" option and then click "EXPORT" to download the database as a CSV file.
Exporting the database will allow you to have a detailed record of the users who have not opened your submissions. You can use this information to take specific actions, such as sending follow-up emails, adjusting your targeting strategies, or even removing inactive users from your mailing list.
