# How to import contacts from Excel (CSV)

Load contacts to your profiles from an Excel file.

From the **Manage Contacts** module, go to the option to **Import contacts**.

||| Make sure that the **Import** button is selected.

1. Select the Profile.
2. Select the CSV File as the Source.
3. Select the Action.
4. Enter the Reference.
5. Select the **Add File** button to choose a CSV file from your PC, or drag the file from your PC to the platform's File List.

6. Select the Import button to complete the upload.

7. Select Import More or View Logs.

**New Import**: to reload a CSV file.
**View Logs**: to see the upload status in another section of the platform.
