How to import contacts manually (Copy - Paste)

This is a manual option for importing contacts in the Icomm platform.

• From the Manage Contacts module, go to the Import Contacts option.

1. Select the Profile.
2. Select Copy Paste as the Source.
3. Select an Action.
4. Write a Reference.
5. Complete the contact fields in the platform separated by commas from your files.
6. Once the data is completed, select the Import button.

7. Select:

• New Import: to add new contacts manually.
• View Logs: to see the status of the upload in another section of the platform.
