How to integrate with Magento

The integration with E-Commerce Magento allows the automatic sending of customer MASTERDATA data to an ICOMMKT profile, as well as their enrichment based on information processed from the various purchases made by each one of them.

  • Among these data we can find:

• Date of last purchase

• Days since last purchase

• Date of first purchase

• Days from first purchase

• Products purchased in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days

• Categories of Products purchased in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days

• Number of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days

• Amount of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days

• Average amount of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days

• RFM of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days

• Discount codes applied in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days.

• Last Purchase Brands

• Last Purchase Categories

• Last Purchase Promo Codes

• RFM_Group

• RFM_Segment

Learn more about RFM fields: What are the RFM_Group and RFM_Segment fields and what are they for?The native integration process runs every 24 hours, so the data will be reflected with that frequency within the Dashboard [Ecommerce or Omnichannel as appropriate]. The linked [Ecommerce or Omnichannel] profile is updated once a day with the data obtained from the platform of origin up to the time of processing.
