How to integrate with Magento
The integration with E-Commerce Magento allows the automatic sending of customer MASTERDATA data to an ICOMMKT profile, as well as their enrichment based on information processed from the various purchases made by each one of them.
- Among these data we can find:
• Date of last purchase
• Days since last purchase
• Date of first purchase
• Days from first purchase
• Products purchased in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Categories of Products purchased in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Number of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Amount of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Average amount of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• RFM of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Discount codes applied in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days.

Follow this step by step to integrate between Magento and Icomm
- From Magento, go to SYSTEM
- Select the User Roles option
- Add a new role
- Role name: ICOMM
- Grant the following permissions to Icomm
- You go out
- Operations
- Orders
- Actions
- view
- Shipments
- Credit Memos
- Billing Agreements
- Actions
- view
- Catalog
- Inventory
- Products
- Categories
- Customers
- All customers
- Actions
- Customer Groups
- Once the role is created: return to the SYSTEM panel
- Click on All Users to create a user with the following credentials:
- Username
- Password
- Share the following details with your assigned Icomm account executive with whom you are performing the integration:
- Magento activity start date: Date of first purchase
- Payment gateways: MercadoPago, Decicir, Cash, Bank Transfer
- Site url
- ADMIN URL: it is different from the site. Once the user has been created, the role recently created in step 2 must be assigned.
