How to Integrate with Meta

Introduction



The integration with Meta allows, on the one hand, to save the records generated from a "Lead Ads" type campaign in a platform profile and, on the other, to generate a "Custom Audience" on Facebook based on a segment of users. from the results section of the ICOMM tool (views, clicks, etc.).


Procedure



To start the integration process, the first step will be to associate the account used to manage ads on Facebook, with ICOMM.

Linking



Go to the Settings menu located in the upper right sector of the screen

Select the Integrations option
All possible integrations with the platform will be displayed



In the Facebook option, click the Integrate button
Enter with the credentials of the personal page that manages advertising accounts.
Click on the Connect button



Enter with your User and Pasword





Select the Fanpage/s and accept the conditions of use of the Icomm app.
Click on the Next button



Click on the Done button



Access the link Business Integration Settings



This link will redirect to the following screen:



Click on the ICOMMKT logo to enable the Fanpage and perform the integration

Once connected with the Meta account, we will be able to link the ICOMM instance with the advertising account and the FAN PAGE.

Select the ad account you manage on Facebook

Select the Fanpage that currently has the type of ad "Lead Ads" running. Click on “Add” (link fanpages).



Synchronization types



A. To automatically get the records generated from a Facebook “Lead Ads” campaign in ICOMM:

Within the section of Subscribe profiles to fanpages

Select the account.
Select the active form (it is the one that collects the information).
Select the ICOMM profile (database) that will store the data collected by the advertisement.



With this configuration, all the data generated thanks to the "Lead Ads" campaign form on Facebook will be automatically saved in a database at ICOMM.

B. Automatic sending of contacts to your Personalized Audiences or "Custom Audiences".

From the Results module of the ICOMM platform, information can be sent to Facebook to add a personalized audience from the various activity lists of each of the submissions made (for example, views, clicks, etc. ).

Enter the Results menu
Enter the shipment from the detail of the action of interest: sent, seen, not seen, etc. (The data from this audience will be sent to Facebook.)



A new window will open that will allow you to create the new audience.

From the Create Audience option you can:

to. Create a virtual profile in ICOMM, selecting the “ICOMM” (mail) icon.

b. Create a Custom Audience on Facebook by selecting the Meta icon. Selecting this option will display the following box:



In the dropdown menu Select Audience
In this way, the listed users who will now be part of a personalized Facebook audience will be selected.

Select New Audience
If you do not have an audience already generated on Facebook, you can create a new one

Click on the Import button to finish the procedure

Now the selected ICOMM user segment will be part of a custom audience on Facebook to be used in active ad campaigns or in future campaigns.
