How to Integrate with Shopify
The integration with E-Commerce Shopify allows the automatic sending of customer MASTERDATA data to an ICOMMKT profile, as well as their enrichment based on information processed from the various purchases made by each one of them.
Among these data we can find:
• Date of last purchase
• Days since last purchase
• Date of first purchase
• Days from first purchase
• Products purchased in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Categories of Products purchased in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Number of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Amount of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Average amount of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• RFM of purchases made in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days
• Discount codes applied in the last 30, 60, 90, 180, 360, 360 + days.
• Last Purchase Brands
• Last Purchase Categories
• Last Purchase Promo Codes
• Total Value
• RFM_Group
• RFM_Segment

Updates to this integration are done automatically every 24 hours, just like the Results Dashboard.
From Shopify, go to APPS
Select Develop applications
Click on Create an application
Name the application with the name of ICOMM
In the Control Panel of the API grant the read permissions on the following items:
• Products
• Customers
• Feedback on resources
• Inventory
• Orders
Automatically generates the three data listed below:
Then, share that data with your assigned ICOMM Account Executive or the contact with whom you are performing the integration.
(Previous version 4 data) / (Current version 3 data) and are called as follows:
• User API: API Key
• Secret Key: API Secret Key
• API access token: Password
• Date of first purchase
Now appears next to what was previously the user
Click on Install application and this key will appear below:
This key will appear only once and it is very important to save it.
