How to make a test shippment

Icomm's platform allows for test shipments prior to production shipments. In this way, you will be able to anticipate any errors in the emails before they are sent to your databases. These test submissions can be sent to Test bases.

Step by Step

Once the newsletter is created, perform the following steps:

Go to Delivery Configuration section and select New Configuration option
Select the campaign and the newsletter (already approved) to include in the email
Complete the required configuration data on the Delivery Configuration Data tab

Check the Testing Configuration option

You will be able to see that an asterisk (*) will automatically be added to the beginning of the subject to differentiate this test shipment from a production shipment.

Select the Profiles and Audiences you want to send this test email to

Click Approve and Send

Dashboard and results

In the Live Results panel you will be able to view the metrics of the test shipments differentiated from the productive shipments. To do this, you must check the Testing option when consulting the results of your test shipments.
