This function is very useful to carry out audience segmentation and prevent your shipments from entering the spam folder or being bounced by the delivery service.

Step by Step

To make a database negative, perform the following steps on the platform when configuring a new shipment

In the Profiles and Audience tab:

Select the database (Regular Profile) to which you want to send.



Select a Virtual Profile that contains the contacts you want to exclude from sending.



Use the Add (+) or Subtract (-) tool to add or exclude contacts in the shipment

Select the Subtract (-) option to make the selected virtual profile negative



In this way, the contacts that belong to the selected virtual base will be excluded.
