How to see date and time of opening an email

From the LiveResults panel you can see data from the sent campaign.

STEP BY STEP

Enter the Live Results panel
Click on the Sent number to access the detailed view of the results

A new window will open with shipping information:

Click on the Views tab

In the column on the left side you can see the date and time of shipment.

Note: When sending, the date and time that will appear in the Unseen tab will be the same as the Sent tab. The data in each tab will be updated as users open emails and actions in the newsletter.

Other shipping information

The information window about the sent configuration also shows the following data:

Sent
Bounced
Effective
Viewed
Not Viewed
Removed
Cicked
Leads
Adquisitions
