# How to see date and time of opening an email

From the **LiveResults** panel you can see data from the sent campaign.

# STEP BY STEP

1. Enter the **Live Results** panel
2. Click on the **Sent** number to access the detailed view of the results

**A new window will open with shipping information:**

3. Click on the **Views** tab
* In the column on the left side you can see the date and time of shipment.

|| Note: When sending, the date and time that will appear in the Unseen tab will be the same as the Sent tab. The data in each tab will be updated as users open emails and actions in the newsletter.
