How to set Time Zone
The Icomm platform has a default time zone that is based on the physical location of our servers. However, users can change the time zone they work in at any time to suit their current geographic location. In this article we explain step by step how to configure the time zone of your Icomm platform.
To configure the time zone you must perform some simple steps. It is worth clarifying that this procedure must be carried out by each of the users of the platform, regardless of their hierarchy.
Go to Settings menu
Enter the List users option
Select the user in which you want to change the time zone and enter the advanced menu with the blue arrow
Click on the blue arrow (advanced menu) and select the Update option
Select your country's Time Zone from the dropdown menu
Click on the Save button to confirm the changes
Note: to carry out this modification, all the data of the user profile must be complete (User, password, name, last name, email, country, profile, etc).
