If you are looking to automate your email marketing shipments, Icomm offers you the option of scheduling repeat shipments. This function allows you to automatically repeat the delivery every certain period of time (hours, days or months), so that your audience receives your messages periodically.

To enable this option, you must first complete the sending configuration data and select the profiles and audiences that will receive your emails. Then, you can activate the repeat shipping option on the platform.

In the Delivery Options tab, enable the Enable Repeat Delivery option



By enabling this option, a complete menu will be displayed to configure the repetition of the shipment. There, you can configure the following options:

Send to new contacts: if your shipments will be repeated in the near future and to an updated database, it is recommended to select this option. Otherwise, you can leave it disabled.

Resend Only To Unopened Email Contacts: This option is recommended. The shipment will be made only to those contacts who have not opened the previous email.



Configure Delivery Schedule: here you can configure the frequency of the sending repetition.

Daily repetition: you can program the repetition of the shipment every few days or from Monday to Friday.
Weekly repeat: select the day of the week you want to perform the automatic repeat.
Monthly repetition: this option allows you to configure monthly shipments according to different options:
Every "X" months: select how many months the shipment should be repeated.

First day of the month: to repeat the shipment on the first day of each month.

First business day of the month: to repeat the first business day of each month.

Last day of the month: to repeat the last day of each month.

Last business day of the month: to repeat the last business day of the month.



You can also set the delivery to repeat on a specific day every X months or to repeat delivery on the first, second, third, fourth, or fifth day every X months.

Set the repeat time

Same as first delivery: Replays will be at the same time the initial shipment was made.

Delivery at: allows you to choose the time of the repetitions.

Every: this option allows you to configure the sending to be made every X hours between a specific range of hours. That is, you can specify every how many hours and between which time slots the repetitions will be made.



Once you've set up all of these options, just save your changes and your repeat send will be scheduled and ready to be sent automatically at the specified dates and times. Remember that you can modify or cancel this option at any time if your communication needs with your customers change.
