How to unsubscribe contacts from Icomm

The platform allows unsubscribing contacts from Icomm's databases. In this situation, consult with the Customer Success team for recommendations.


Step by step:


  1. Go to Manage Contacts and select Import Contacts option
  2. Select the Unsubscribe button



  1. Choose the reason for unsubscribing



  • Unsubscribed Request
  • Hotmail/Outlook Spam (JMRP)
  • Yahoo Spam (FBL)
  • Gmail Spam
  • Reported Abuse
  • Indecopi Unsubscribed Request
  • Manually Unsubscribed
  • AOL (FBL)
  • Other (FBL) Programs
  • API Unsubscriptions
  • Unsubscribed by ICOMMKT Abuse Team


  1. Select the Origin of the file to import



  1. Write a Reference
  2. Select the Add File button to upload a CSV file from the PC or drag the file from the PC to the File List in the platform.



  • Write contact information in case of selecting the Copy Paste option.



  1. Select the Import button to finish the upload


  1. Select
  • New Import: Go back to the home screen to upload another database
  • View Logs: Access the status of the database upload in another section of the platform
