The platform allows unsubscribing contacts from Icomm's databases. In this situation, consult with the Customer Success team for recommendations.

Step by step:

Go to Manage Contacts and select Import Contacts option
Select the Unsubscribe button



Choose the reason for unsubscribing



Unsubscribed Request
Hotmail/Outlook Spam (JMRP)
Yahoo Spam (FBL)
Gmail Spam
Reported Abuse
Indecopi Unsubscribed Request
Manually Unsubscribed
AOL (FBL)
Other (FBL) Programs
API Unsubscriptions
Unsubscribed by ICOMMKT Abuse Team

Select the Origin of the file to import
CSV
Copy Paste



Write a Reference
Select the Add File button to upload a CSV file from the PC or drag the file from the PC to the File List in the platform.



Write contact information in case of selecting the Copy Paste option.



Select the Import button to finish the upload

Select
New Import: Go back to the home screen to upload another database
View Logs: Access the status of the database upload in another section of the platform
