How to use the Alerts feature in surveys

Alerts is a very useful functionality to know your dissatisfied customers and prevent them from abandoning your brand, product or service. Thus, you will have the necessary tools to meet the expectations of your customers and not affect the reputation and image of your company.

Although you will be able to analyze all the responses of your respondents, by activating this option, you will be able to have an immediate notification each time a user responds to a specific response.

If when responding, the respondent makes a low assessment; A notification will be sent to the email (or emails) that you have activated so that they can take immediate actions. For this it is necessary to have the "notifications" of the alerts activated in the "Settings" step and then in the "Advanced settings" option.

Add an email to receive alerts

In the Survey Settings step, go to Advanced Options.
In the Notifications option* add the email** to receive alerts

Selecting Add new email will display a window where you simply enter the email which you want to be notified every time an alert is triggered.

Each email that you add to this campaign will be listed in the system and you will be able to select them if you want alerts, response notifications or both to be sent. You can add the number of emails you want.
