How to view results from Automation


The results of automated campaigns are not displayed in the Results module, unlike regular mailings. Access this information from the campaign flow.


Step by Step


  1. Access the Automate menu
  2. Select List Flows
  3. Enter an automated flow to check your results



Within the configuration the following data is observed:




Results


  • Events
    It is the number of Responses sent. That is, how many times the trigger was fired and sent the scheduled response.


  • Views
    It is the number of users who opened the response (the second newsletter sent).


  • Clicks
    It is the number of users who clicked on the answer (the second newsletter sent).


  • Records
    It is the number of records that have been generated based on the scheduled response (the second newsletter).


  • Sales
    It is the amount of sales that was generated based on the scheduled response (the second newsletter).
