How to View Survey Results


Within the survey module:


  1. Enter My Campaigns
  2. Click on the statistics icon of the survey you wish to view.



The platform offers a wide range of survey statistics:


Summary


In this tab you can see the following information:


  • Number of interviewees
  • Number of completed surveys
  • Response rate
  • Average response time



Surveyed

The system offers a graph with the data of the completed and unfinished surveys in the selected period of time



Information by device




Results


See the breakdown of statistics by question



Respondents

You can see the statistics for each respondent. You can also filter a response period.



Reports

Reports can be created filtering by date to download as a file.



Share

Sending protected campaign reports. It allows sharing the statistics of a campaign with third parties. Each user will receive an email with a link to these sent statistics. From the configuration you can generate a password to access the report.




Filters


Filters can be created on each statistical module. For example, new filter on Results.


  1. Click on the Filters icon



  1. Create new filters



  1. Enter the name of the filter
  2. Select the statistic you want to filter on.


Options:

  • Questions answered
  • Demographics
  • Hidden fields
  • Dates

By hidden fields



By dates


Then, you can view the saved filters and turn them on or off. You can also edit or delete it.




Results via API


There is the possibility of programming a daily report with the results of the surveys and not having to download them manually one by one, integrating it via API so that they migrate automatically.


  1. Enter the Surveys module
  2. Access the APIs option
  3. Consult the APIs Documentation, available on the platform
