Icomm Editor Updates

Dear Icomm user,

We are pleased to inform you that as of June 1, we will be implementing changes in the infrastructure related to the origin from where the images included in the pieces created with our Drag & Drop Editor are displayed. It is important to note that these changes will not affect parts that have already been shipped and/or assembled before said date. Changes will only apply to images that are included in new or copied parts from June 1 onwards.

We want to assure you that this change does not imply any alteration in your operations and you will not have to carry out additional actions or operational adjustments. Nor will it have any type of affectation on end users. This change is designed to improve response time, download time, and the reliability of our images.

However, as some organizations have certain restrictions on access to new URLs and in order to ensure that you can easily access images within the editor, we ask that you verify your access to the following URL: https://df9xluswrtwog. cloudfront.net/Icomm.png.

Please click on the link and confirm if you can correctly view the ICOMM logo in the image provided. You should see the following image in the browser:

If you can see the logo without issue, you don't need to take any further action. You can close this note and continue using the editor as usual.

In case you cannot see the ICOMM logo, we recommend that you ask your infrastructure area or Information Technology (IT) department to give you access to the domain https://df9xluswrtwog.cloudfront.net from your corporate network . By doing so, you will guarantee the correct display of the images in the editor.

Once you've resolved any display or access issues, you'll be able to take full advantage of all of our editor's features.

At Icomm, we want to give you the best experience possible, and these image display changes will allow us to provide you with a more efficient and reliable service.

If you have any additional questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Success team via chat. We will be happy to help you with whatever you need.

Thank you for choosing Icomm!
