# List Configuration Guide

This menu contains all the shipping settings made by the user. Access a quick and detailed view of each one in this section.

1. Go to **Delivery Configuration** module
2. Enter **List Configurations**

The platform provides a list with the details of each configuration. In addition, with the light blue button located next to each one you can perform some advanced actions.

Configurations are displayed in order of shipping start date. The list provides information on the name of the **Configuration**, the name of the **Newsletter** sent, the name of the **Campaign** sent and the **Status** of the shipment.

### Settings States

**Sent-Done**: the configuration has been sent to the selected profiles.
**Aborted**: the send configuration was aborted
**Draft**: setup is in draft
**In progress**: the shipment is in process

# Find a setting

This tool allows you to carry out personalized searches according to the name of the Configuration, the name of the Newletter, the name of the Campaign or its Status.

1. Go to **Delivery Configuration**
2. Enter **List configurations**
3. Complete or select the data to search for configurations
4. Select **View** button

# Advanced Actions

Access the advanced menu to perform actions on the settings.

1. Select the **Advanced Actions** button located next to each setting
2. Select the action

**Approve**: to confirm the configuration made
**Abort**: to cancel the sending (if it is in progress)
**Modify**: allows you to edit the configuration made
**Eliminate**: clear system settings
**View**: view the shipping configuration
**Copy**: Use this option to copy the shipping settings
