Live Results Dashboard Guide
The panel of the Results module offers a dashboard with the general statistics of all the shipments made. You can also know the data by campaign, start or end date and by each configuration.
Enter the Live Results panel

In this initial dasboard you can find the following general results information:
OPEN RATE: measures the total views over the total delivered (Views/Effective).
CTOR: measures the clicks among those sent (effective shipments).
BOUNCES RATE: measures shipments that did not reach their destination.
UNSUBSCRIBED: measures the contacts removed over the total number delivered.
In this general Results dashboard, the total metrics are not updated after applying the date filter in the platform. It's important to understand that total data for a campaign, such as open rates, CTR, bounces, and unsubscribe rates, is based on the entire campaign as a whole. If a date filter is applied, you will only see a portion of the campaign and therefore the total metrics will not update automatically.
However, if you filter by campaign, rather than just dates, the total metrics will update. This is because in this case you are seeing all the data for the campaign and not just a part of it.

In this list you can access the following detail:
SENT: total number of emails sent
REB (Bounces): total bounced emails
EFE (Effective): total number of emails received by recipients
REM (Removed): total contacts that unsubscribed
U. VIEWS (Unique Views): measures the total views over the total delivered (OR - Open Rate)
U. CLICK (Unique Clicks): measures clicks between unique views (CTOR)
LEAD (Lead): measures those contacts who enter the web through a newsletter and show purchase intention by clicking on "add to cart"
ADQ (Acquisitions): measures those contacts that enter the web through a newsletter and complete a purchase
It is possible to have access to more detailed data for each shipment. By clicking on the number of contacts Sent, Effective, Unique Views, Unique Clicks, etc., you can access the list of contacts that are within each classification.

You will be able to observe statistics with absolute values or percentage values. From the Values menu, select the option that suits your need.

You can also look at Consolidated or No Consolidated data. Select the option you prefer from the dropdown menu as shown below:

Applies only for shipments with repetition or automation
In Consolidated, the number of unique openings is measured over the number of unique users to whom it was sent. No Consolidated measures the number of unique openings over the total number of shipments that were made.
Example
Ens a mailing addressed to 10,000 contacts, with repetition to NON-OPENERS. Suppose the first mailing was opened by 2,000 contacts.
The mailing addressed to NON-OPENERS would impact 8,000 contacts.
In this way, the Consolidated would be: 2000/10000. While the Unconsolidated would be: 2000/18000
You will be able to make comparisons between different shipping configurations to evaluate their results.

To do this, first select the settings you want to compare and then select the Compare Selected Configurations option. In this way, you will access a dashboard made up of a series of graphs that will show different data on the selected configurations.

You can select more than two configurations to perform result comparisons.
Access detailed information about your campaigns through advanced options by clicking the blue button. In the special menu that appears, you will find graphs related to Statistics, Processes, Geolocation, and Heatmap.
