Logs Guide

Know the charging and updating status of each of the databases imported to the Icomm platform.

Go to Manage Contacts
Select View Logs
Upon entering, you will be able to see the library of loads made and the information loaded in each profile.



Information


In this section, you can observe the following details:

Profile: profile name.
Date: date of data upload.
File: observe the data of the file being imported.
Status: status of the upload made (Finished - In Progress).
Type: it is the type of action performed. ADD (add), OWR (overwrite), UPD (update).

Classification of emails:



Valid: indicates the number of valid contacts that have been identified in the file.
Invalid: indicates the number of invalid contacts within a file. Invalid contacts are those that are not considered structurally correct (for example, an address that does not contain @). Click on the number of invalid contacts to download an Excel file containing the data of these users.
New: new contacts in the profile.
Updated: contacts that have updated some data.
Repeated: repeated contacts that will not be included in the profile.



The list shows the contacts added to a database, as well as the Unsubscribed.

Go to the List Profiles section to access all the profiles uploaded to the platform.
