Manage contacts module guide

Upload contacts to a database, segment the audience, and access statistics and information for each profile.

Start managing your contacts and profiles.



Who is your campaign aimed at?



Go to the Manage Contacts module
Select a section:

Create New Profile
List Profiles
Virtual Profile
New Contact
List Contacts
Import Contacts
Logs

New Profile



Create an audience profile to send your communications to. Three types of profiles can be created in Icomm.

Go to the Manage Contacts menu
Select New Profile
Complete the requirements to create a New Profile
Select Profile Type: Regular, Virtual, and Mobile Only.
Complete the Fields

List Profiles



This library contains all profiles created by the user. In this section, you can access information for each contact, statistics, and advanced actions.

Go to Manage Contacts
Select List Profiles

Virtual Profile



This type of profile allows contacts to be segmented according to the communication objective. To define a segment, it is necessary to create a profile and configure its rules to include the contacts of interest.

Go to Manage Contacts
Select Virtual Profile
Click on the New Profile button.
Choose the name of the new Virtual Profile.
Select the Regular Profile you want to segment.

New Contact



This menu allows you to manually add contacts to the databases.

Go to Manage Contacts
Select New Contact
Select a Profile
Complete the Fields

List Contacts



This is the contacts library. Access or modify information and the status of your contacts from this tab.

Go to the Manage Contacts menu
2.Select List Contacts
Search for a contact
Select the Profile

Import Contacts



Upload databases from an Excel file or manually. Omnichannel or Ecommerce integrations can also be performed.

Go to Manage Contacts
Select Import Contacts
Select the Import button
Select the Profile
Select the origin
CSV file
Copy Paste
Define the Action
Appened
Overwrite
Appened or Update

Logs



Access the database upload details. In this section, you will find the status of the Contact Importation that you perform on the platform.

Go to Manage Contacts
