# News Archive Guide


The News File incorporates the daily/monthly activity of the contacts based on the events that may occur. **Icomm** can host said file in the SFTP that the client provides. In this way, they will be able to develop their own dashboards or visualization of results in a personalized way.

It is recommended to create a specific folder in SFTP to receive the news file. Said SFTP must have write permissions.

|| The file does not have a guaranteed delivery time.
| If you don't have your own SFTP, Icomm could quote you one.

# Format

**Account**: Instance from which the shipment was made (100 Characters)

**Campaign**: Campaign Name (100 Characters)

**Shipment**: Shipment Name (50 Characters)

**Newsletter**: Name of the piece sent (50 Characters)

**Subject**: Subject of the email (255 Characters)

**Profile TYPE**: Virtual, Regular, Viral Marketing (30 Characters)

**Profiles**: List of sent profiles (50 Characters)

**Email**: Email address (255 Characters)

**Date**: Date and time the action was carried out (YYYY:MM:DD HH:MM:SS)

**Geolocation**: Geographic Coordinates (Decimal|Decimal)

**Device**: Device from which the email was opened (100 Characters)

**Browser**: Browser from where the email was opened (Chrome, Firefox, etc) (100 Characters)

**Action**: SEND, OPEN, OPEN_ONLINE, CLICK, BOUNCE, UNSUBSCRIBE, SHARED, FORWARDED, LEAD, ACQUISITION (30 Characters)

**URL**: URL where the recipient followed the link when clicking (Variable Length Character)

**BOUNCE**: SMTP Error Code (255 Characters)

**VIRAL**: Email address to which it went viral (255 Characters)

**SHARE**: Identification of the user in the social network to which it was shared (100 Characters)

**UNSUBSCRIPTION**: Reason for unsubscribing (255 Characters)

**SENDING DATE**: Date and Time (YYYY:MM:DD HH:MM:SS) on which the communication that triggered the action was delivered (except SEND action).
