Omnichannel Integration Guide

This service allows ICOMMKT to receive, import and process on a daily basis the transactions (and its customers) generated in POS, offline and online stores, obtaining more than 75 indicators that can be used in dynamic segmentation and automation processes. Through this integration, you will be able to interconnect ICOMM with any POS, physical Point of Sale, e-commerce or platform aimed at generating and managing transactions and customers.

What does ICOMM generate with the data it processes?



Realtime Dashboard



This module presents the metrics corresponding to the sales processed and offers additional information in order to develop tactics and strategies for the campaigns.

This Dashboard seeks to give each of the customers access to information about customers and the purchases they made in their stores.

Omnichannel profile



A profile within the platform with a record for each client that has been sent with an associated email, including a field for each attribute provided, and more than 75 additional indicators generated by ICOMM with all the transactional data consolidated and enriched. to allow later generation of advanced segmentations.
