Omnichannel Integration: What happens when a transaction is reported with a linked user/customer who is not on the platform?

Occasionally, situations may arise where a transaction is reported with a linked user or customer who is not registered within the Icomm platform. In this case, the transaction is discarded because it cannot be linked to its user/customer.
